We offer a variety of different drop-in styles and levels for both new and experienced dancers, as well as session-based classes.

Designed for beginners and those returning after time away, this class is all about trying something new in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You'll explore different styles and gain confidence — all while having fun and connecting with others. No prior experience necessary — just bring your energy and be ready to shake it!

This class is open to everyone, regardless of your dance experience! Whether you're a complete beginner, have some dance background, or are an experienced dancer looking to refine your skills, you'll find a welcoming space here.

Advanced

These classes are designed for dancers with significant experience looking to take their skills to the next level. These classes feature more complex choreography and challenging movement patterns than our beginner and open level offerings. Expect to dive deeper into advanced techniques, refined performance qualities, and intricate combinations.

Drop-In Classes

Session Classes

Our drop-in classes occur a few times every month, these classes include a quick cardio warm-up followed by a fun combo.

Our session based classes are 4-6 weeks (once per week) and work towards building on choreography, specific skills or steps. It is a continuation week to week.

Styles

Heels

This class will focus on building confidence and channeling your sassy side with fun new combos and heels skills! We foster a safe space and community for everyone to feel empowered, comfortable and excited to try something new.

Contemp/Lyrical

This class combines elements of multiple dance techniques while promoting freedom of movement. This style expresses emotions and tell stories through movement. You'll learn to combine strength and grace, using controlled movements and powerful extensions to evoke feelings and connect with the audience. This class encourages creativity, allowing you to explore your personal style and emotional expression while refining your technique.

Dance-Fitness

Get ready to sweat, move, and have a blast! Our Dance Fitness class is a high-energy workout that blends fun, exciting dance moves with fitness principles to deliver a full-body workout. Each session is designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving set to upbeat music. Expect a dynamic mix of cardio, strength-building exercises, and coordination that will improve your endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.

Hip-Hop

Our Hip-Hop class is all about energy, creativity, and self-expression! In this high-energy class, you'll learn to combine dynamic, strong movements with smooth, fluid transitions, capturing the full spectrum of hip-hop style. This class emphasizes rhythm, isolation, and powerful footwork, allowing you to explore a variety of moves that showcase both strength and grace. As you master the fundamentals of hip-hop, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your own personal style

Jazz

A class designed to showcase precision, strength and technique through a variety of sharp movements, jumps, leaps, turns, and stylized progressions. Whether you're perfecting your technique or learning to express yourself through energetic choreography, this class will push your limits and help you discover the artistry within every movement.

Tap

This class focuses on creating rhythmic sounds and movements with the feet, developing musicality, coordination, and technique. Tap dancing is a unique art form that combines movement with music, turning your feet into instruments that create beautiful, dynamic rhythms. Through a series of exercises and choreography, you'll work on building coordination, timing, and balance, while also exploring different tap styles

PERFORMANCE COMPANY

We understand that after college, it can be difficult to find dance classes that match the high level of choreography you're used to. With our performance company, you can maintain your advanced training and continue showcasing your talents.
