Our drop-in classes allow you the opportunity to learn new choreography and skills every class! Classes consist of a warm-up/stretch and a short combo.

Our session based classes are 4-6 weeks (once per week) and work towards building on choreography, specific skills or steps.
STYLES

HEELS
Get ready to unleash your sassy side in a judgment-free space! Whether you’re new to heels or a seasoned dancer, this class is all about building confidence and having fun! Heels are encouraged but not required. If you're new to dancing in heels, start with a lower, chunky heel with closed toes and good ankle support. Otherwise, feel free to rock your favorite sneakers.

CONTEMPORARY
This class blends technique, movement, and expression in a supportive, community-centered space. Whether you're a trained dancer or simply craving a creative outlet, this class invites you to explore the art of movement! This class will consist of a warm-up and a dynamic combo rooted in emotion and musicality.

JAZZ
With a focus on high-energy, upbeat movements, this class brings together technique, sass, and performance! Whether you’re a trained dancer or simply craving a fun, creative outlet, you’ll explore this style through choreography, musicality, and personality! This class will consist of a warm-up and a high-energy combo.

HIP-HOP
Get ready to move, groove, and bring the energy! Our Hip-Hop class is all about musicality, style, and self-expression. This class will include a dynamic warm-up and a combo that will leave you feeling powerful and connected to the music. No matter your level, this class is designed to help you find your style and flow, and have fun doing it!

*INTER/ADV*
TAP
This class is designed for inter/advanced level tappers ready to dust off their shoes and dive back in! Dancers will explore intricate rhythms, complex footwork, and dynamic steps through a mix of across-the-floor technical drills and a combo. Perfect for those with previous tap experience and a solid foundation who are looking to refine their skills while having fun!

JAZZ FUNK
Jazz Funk is a hybrid dance style that combines elements of both jazz and hip-hop. It's a high-energy fusion of jazz technique and commercial-style grooves. Whether you’re a trained dancer or simply craving a creative outlet, you’ll explore this style through choreography, musicality, and personality! This class will consist of a warm-up and a high-energy combo.

LYRICAL
Step into a class where movement meets emotion. Lyrical blends elements of ballet, jazz, and contemporary to help you explore musicality, storytelling, and expressive movement. Dancers will focus on fluid transitions, dynamic choreography, and connecting breath to motion while building strength and confidence. Whether you’re looking to tap into technique or simply want a space to move freely and feel, this class offers a supportive environment to express yourself!

FLOW + RESTORE
Imagine the flowiest, ooey-gooey, feel good yoga flow that also feels a bit like a dance. This class will have the framework of a vinyasa flow yoga class and end with a restorative (yin) yoga practice with plenty of built in time to lose yourself in the movement and connect deeper with both your mind and body. The perfect movement class to complement any lifestyle or movement goals, especially those participating in our other dance class formats.

CONNECT
Connect is our newest class designed to bring people together both on and off the dance floor. Enjoy a 1 hour dance class followed by a 1 hour guided social and community-building activity. Move your body, make new friends, and leave with new connections!

SCULPT
Sculpt is the perfect complement to any dance training or for anyone wanting to increase their overall strength. This class will provide you with the opportunity to strengthen and tone your full body through a series of exercises aimed for all levels.

BALLROOM
Our ballroom class blends Latin technique with combo-based choreography- no partner required. We will focus on musicality, coordination, footwork, and expressive performance through dynamic solo combinations.
