Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
By registering for a class, workshop, event, membership, or other service offered by Cloud Dance Collective LLC ("Cloud"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
2. Cancellations, Credits & Fees
All purchases are non-refundable.
Participants may cancel their class reservation up to 6 hours before the scheduled class start time and receive a class credit for the full value of the reservation. Class credits issued for participant cancellations are valid for 45 days from the date of issuance and may be applied toward a future class, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class start time will receive a class credit for the reservation but will incur a $5 Late Change Fee.
Participants who do not attend a scheduled class without canceling in advance ("No-Show") will forfeit their class reservation and will not receive a class credit or refund. In addition, a $10 No-Show Fee will be charged.
Each participant will receive one (1) courtesy waiver of either a Late Change Fee or a No-Show Fee. After the courtesy waiver has been used, all applicable fees will be charged in accordance with this policy.
These policies apply to all bookings, including single drop-in classes, class packs, memberships, promotional offers, and complimentary reservations, unless otherwise stated.
If Cloud Dance Collective cancels a class, participants will receive a class credit, or a transfer to another available class.
3. Class Packs & Memberships
Class packs, memberships, promotional offers, and credits are subject to their individual terms, including expiration dates where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Schedule Changes
Cloud reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, substitute instructors, or modify class formats due to weather, instructor availability, facility issues, enrollment levels, or other circumstances beyond its control.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for arriving on time, wearing appropriate attire and footwear, and following all instructor directions and studio rules. Cloud reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Health & Participation
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are also required to agree to Cloud Dance Collective's Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk prior to participating.
7. Photography & Video
Cloud may photograph or record classes for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and recordings unless written notice opting out is provided before the class. By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your bookings. Marketing emails are optional and subject to separate consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, instructional materials, branding, logos, videos, photographs, and other content created or provided by Cloud Dance Collective remain the exclusive property of Cloud Dance Collective LLC and may not be reproduced, recorded for commercial purposes, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise provided by law, Cloud's liability relating to registrations, bookings, or services shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the applicable class or service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to These Terms
Cloud Dance Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Cloud Dance Collective website and become effective upon posting.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
