Welcome to Cloud Dance Collective (“Cloud,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, registering for classes, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Class Registration and Payment

  • Class registration must be completed online or in person prior to participation.

  • Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • All purchases (including drop-ins, class packs, and memberships) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All class registrations and payments are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to: Scheduling conflicts, Illness or injury, Personal emergencies, Weather conditions

  • If Cloud Dance Collective cancels a class for any reason, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit towards a future class.

3. Participation and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any class or activity, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dance, fitness, and movement-based activities. You agree to complete any required waivers and certify that you are physically able to participate. You release Cloud Dance Collective from liability for any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from participation.

4. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be free from any contagious illnesses when attending classes.

  • We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any individual for behavior that disrupts the safety, respect, or comfort of others.

  • Proper attire and footwear must be worn to ensure safety during classes.

5. Intellectual Property

All class content, choreography, logos, photos, videos, and materials provided by Cloud Dance Collective are the property of Cloud and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written consent.

6. Media Release

By participating in classes or events, you grant Cloud Dance Collective permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings featuring you for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across digital and print platforms. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

7. Website Usage

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the website's functionality

  • Copy or reproduce any content without our written permission

We reserve the right to update or modify our website and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
