How does the waitlist work?
You can add yourself to the waitlist from the booking pages if a class is full. If a spot becomes available everyone from the waitlist will be notified. The first person to confirm their spot will be added to the class.
Can I cancel my class?
You can cancel and modify your booking up to 12hrs before a class with no penalty. If you cancel you booking within 12hrs of a class a $5 late change fee will apply. If you no show a class a $10 no show fee will apply and your class credit will be lost.
If I cancel a class do I get my credit back?
If you cancel your booking at least 12hrs prior to the class start time you will receive your credit back. Please note, it will still only be valid for 45 days from you original purchase date not the date you cancel.
What are Special Event Classes?
These are unique classes on our schedule and may include classes with Guest Instructors, Workshops, Filmed Classes or Pro-Style Classes! These classes are structured and priced differently than our regularly scheduled classes and are a unique opportunity for dancers to expand their training!
