About The Class

This class is open to all levels. This class will consist of a warm-up, stretch, some across the floor struts, and a short combo! Come ready to channel your sassy side and have fun!
Heels are encouraged but not required. If you're new to dancing in heels, start with a lower, chunky heel with closed toes and good ankle support. Otherwise, feel free to rock your favorite sneakers—comfort and confidence come first!
