About The Class

A judgment-free space to move, connect, and unleash your sassy side. We'll focus on musicality, performance, and choreography while building strength, confidence, and self-expression. All levels welcome.
Heels are encouraged but not required. If you're new to dancing in heels, start with a lower, chunkier heel with closed toes and good ankle support. Otherwise, feel free to rock your favorite sneakers- comfort and confidence come first!
