About The Class

Imagine the flowiest, ooey-gooey, feel good yoga flow that also feels a bit like a dance. This class will have the framework of a vinyasa flow yoga class and end with a restorative (yin) yoga practice with plenty of built in time to lose yourself in the movement and connect deeper with both your mind and body.


Please bring your own yoga/workout mat or towel for this class.
